Sunset Hill Bed & Breakfast - Ubud (Bali)

The location is amazing and tranquil, staff always smiling and helpful, well-maintained beautiful garden, clean swimming pool, lovely view from the balcony, comfortable and fresh suite.

view from the window to the pool. the hotel was amazing in general and offered unbeatable prices. it is next to the airport. location, walking distance to all attractions.

Very good boutique hotel(ex Sunset Hill hotel -the taxi driver know it) ,good service ,good rooms(bungalows),salty pool',amazing view,no restaurant,can order at night from Ubud for free delivery.Spa -they use a women who have a massage studio only 50 meters if you turn and walk to left and the prices a much more cheaper than to order massage in the hotel(in the hotel 150 000 IDR,in her massage studio 95 000 IDR .Taxi from the hotel to the Ubud is take about 15-20 min and cost around 60 -70 000 IDR in one direction(both about 120.000),but if you want to walk the center of bud is just 1,5 km from the hotel ...just go out from Bliss hotel and turn to the right and keep street ahead -takes about 20-25 minutes walking.

No free shuttle to the Ubud as they write in Booked.net ,the internet is not very good,no restaurant,5 days they don't change our sheets.Any way I am very happy with my choice to stay in this hotel !!!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful tropical jungle with stunning views. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the infinity pool or be active by taking a walk along the Campuhan ridge. Rooms are comfortable and have good air conditioning. the friendly staff tries hard to make guests feel welcome and taken care of.

The location can be quite remote and difficult to access, especially for those who want to explore the island or go to the beaches.

It was more than 100% luxuary. The manager Kevin was very nice.

Clean rooms, good doors and lockers, swimming pool, clean and calm sea, lots of not expensive restoraunts around, real 4* hotel.

Always try to add ++ (tax and service) to every booked amount. And try to charge you in Rupia in a very bad exrate. Pay them in cash dollars.

We had an amazing Easter weekend getaway! the pool was definitely a highlight, it was so refreshing and had a great view of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was delicious and had a good variety of options. the location was great, close to some beautiful hiking trails and with easy access to public transportation.

The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud and we had some trouble getting the wifi to work properly. It would cut out frequently and was only reliable in certain areas of the hotel.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, and the fine view from the infinity pool was unparalleled. The stylish bungalows were really clean and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's transportation made it easy to explore the area, and the location was just a short distance from central Ubud.

Nothing to dislike.

The stunning view from our room and the infinity pool was breathtaking, and definitely the best part of our stay. the location was easy to find and a short walk to the main city center. We also enjoyed the complimentary water bottles given upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The overall state of the bed & breakfast fell short of our expectations. The accommodations looked worn-out and outdated, with little attention given to upkeep.
